WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS:
Our Warranty Policy does not cover claims resulting from the following:     
1.Modifications / Improper Wiring or installation
2.Misuse / Damage / Neglect

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund within 90 days from the date of purchase (Returns must be new, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible experience, our customers should not have to be restrained with a limited return/exchange time period as in some instances much of the time will be used for transit/shipping of the purchase.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that some credit card company or bank requires an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Exchange
Once your return for exchange is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), the items to be exchanged will be shipped out within the next business day if no balance is owed. Any refunds due will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that some credit card company or bank requires an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
